Taiwan Oolong Tea - Formosa Oolong
Often referred to as the 'Champagne of Teas, Formosa Oolong is a classic. Its large leaves unfurl to release the most delightful, rich flavour reminiscent of peaches. Due to the high quality of our example, the same leaves can be used two or even three times with no lessening of flavour.

Use 2 heaped teaspoons per cup and steep for 3 minutes in boiling water.

Chinese Oolong Tea - Ti Kuan Yin Superior
A very full flavoured tea with a light amber colour and a somewhat nutty aroma. A fine accompaniment to a meal as it is reputed to aid digestion. Multiple infusions are definitely recommended. Ti Kuan Yin is the Iron Goddess of Mercy, Chinese patron saint of sailors.

Use 2 level teaspoons per cup and steep for 2 minutes in 90°C water.

Taiwan Oolong Tea - Formosa Dong Ding Oolong
Grown at altitude on Dong Ding Mountain, this is one of the world's finest teas. The large leaves are very carefully processed, rolled into tight nuggets and roasted to a medium brown colour. The flavour is full and aromatic. A rare and fine quality tea.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and infuse for 3 minutes in 90°C water.

Taiwan Oolong Tea - Formosa Jade Oolong This outstanding oolong is barely 20 percent fermented. Its tightly rolled, large olive green leaves unfurl to release the most delightful flavour and aroma reminiscent of peaches. Certainly one of the world's finest teas.

Taiwan Oolong Tea - Formosa Grand Pouchong
This is one of Taiwan's finest teas. Whereas oolong is considered to be somewhere between green and black tea, pouchong is placed between green and oolong, being only lightly oxidised. The large, dark green, gracefully curled leaves produce a golden yellow tea which is full-bodied and aromatic.

Use 2 heaped teaspoons per cup and steep in 90°C water for 4 minutes.
