Often referred to as the 'Champagne of Teas, Formosa Oolong is a classic. Its large leaves unfurl to
release the most delightful, rich flavour reminiscent of peaches. Due to the high quality of our
example, the same leaves can be used two or even three times with no lessening of flavour.

Grown at altitude on Dong Ding Mountain, this is one of the world's finest teas. The large leaves
are very carefully processed, rolled into tight nuggets and roasted to a medium brown colour. The
flavour is full and aromatic. A rare and fine quality tea.

This is one of Taiwan's finest teas. Whereas oolong is considered to be somewhere between green and
black tea, pouchong is placed between green and oolong, being only lightly oxidised. The large, dark
green, gracefully curled leaves produce a golden yellow tea which is full-bodied and aromatic.
